Megan Kalbach is the founder of K Marketing Co., a marketing agency that helps small businesses, nonprofits, and first responders grow with clear, strategic marketing. A former top Mary Kay leader and lifelong entrepreneur, Megan brings a mix of business strategy, real-life experience, and heart to everything she does.

Casey is a single mother to two incredible little humans (6 and 4), a full-time photographer, and a marketing specialist at K Marketing Co with a deep love for creativity and connection. She's lived a lot of life, and brings those real, raw, and sometimes ridiculous experiences to the mic. As an extrovert, she thrives on good conversation and genuine stories, usually with a coffee in hand (bonus points if it’s in a cute mug).
